Patch Adams: The Peace and Love of Clowns

This is a short film showing the love of clowns reaching out to the people. Patch Adams has been clowning to create that brighter future for more than 25 years. I love all the rainbow colours and see the beauty of all the colour as a rainbow of hope and care in this world.

My friend rang me today saying how unkind some men were in Sydney who sold her a car. We spoke about the lack of care these days and the desire to hurt others. She was sold a car that was defective and after all her calls these men became annoyed and now are delaying returning calls to punish her for speaking up. My advice was to learn to love people, particularly those who are unkind. She knows this. It doesn’t mean to condone the poor customer service or the shoddy business practices, but it is to stay in a centre of peace and keep speaking what is true for you with love and respect.

Clown do this for everyone unconditionally, we lead by example to show there are those in the world that do care. That not everyone is after money or greedy, that there are islands of people who see a newer future, where love, peace and joy are the foundations to life. I see that world coming.
