I love EveryONE

The truth is, there is no-one I don’t love.  Why?  Maybe I am fortunate, I can see people do their best.   Whenever, I judge others I become very aware of my own conditioning, false beliefs, insecurities, or expectations that people should conform to my world view, they shouldn’t, they should be themselves.  My job is to accept people as they are, no matter their story. 

It is a lot easier accepting difference than resisting it.  It is a lot easier just suspending judgement then projecting a dark image onto someone and finding out later you were wrong and it was your own fear looking reasonable.  

I’ve come to realise over my lifetime that negativity is never true.  That doesn’t mean we don’t cry over things we feel are unkind, cruel or unconscious, we can, but I remind myself it is more painful for those who perpetrate unkindness or cruelty as they have to feel the guilt as it is not our nature to hurt each other.   You have to be trained to project any justification of harm onto someone else.  It is not our nature.  You only need work with children to find not one is weird or strange or cruel or cold, they reflect their environments but their nature is always kind.  I saw that.  

If we want a better world we have to practice to ‘be the change we wish to see”.  We must not weaken to harm anyone, ever.  Of course we can do this unwittingly, or we can get angry and say things not meant, or lash out, but you have to make amends, you have to admit to the other the truth of why you did what you did without embelishing the story to make yourself look good.  Truth is clarity and it enables others to see clearly, as you pass clarity from one to the other they can navigate life with more awareness.  

We have a lot of learning to undo what has been done in our names.   We come from lineages that have promoted violence as if it is a strength or protection when it is not.  Fear will react negatively and justify division, discrimination, isolation to hide from the inner fear projecting in ways that cause harm or live the lie that others have told.  No-one is unacceptable.  We are all unique and our lives unfold as they must.  

I am learning that only love is true and it is not a religious statement or cleaved onto any ideology, it is who we are when we stop believing negativity is true.   

That is what I realise these days as a 61 year old who has been treated not very well over my life.  Yet on the other hand angels came at the right time to rebalance that which was out of balance due to ignorance and a separation mentality or caught up in busyness to avoid the self.

I reach out to the elderly,

I reach out to those disabled,

I reach out to those lonely,

I reach out to those who fear the future,

I reach to touch your hand,

As I understand your plight,

as my own,

I have indeed been there,

I see people do not see,

I can feel they are not caring,

For they have forgot life is about sharing,

Not just a job,

Each person is in our lives on purpose,

Each may ask for your time,

So give a little bit,

Even if it is a smile,

Never begrudge what life asks,

For it is all on purpose,

The more you give the more you get,

For you are loved beyond your imagining,

So remember to notice small acts of kindness,

Remember to ‘be the change’ you wish to see,

For as you decree it,

It will be,

To BE or not to BE is the question,

Yet the only answer is to BE Happy,

No matter the challenge,

As you are given what you need,

For we are here to evolve,

Not revolve in conflicts that never end,

So let’s clean up our acts,

Let’s say sorry when it is required,

See in every face your own eyes,

And the disguise will drop like a veil,

To realise you are me

in a different frequency.
